JC Legacy handles industrial insulation, jacketing, coatings, scaffolding, and ANSI/ASME labeling as a single, standards-compliant scope. Safety-first crews across food and beverage, refining, chemical, and power. We got you covered.
Capabilities
A complete industrial scope — insulation and jacketing, protective coatings, scaffold access, and standards-compliant pipe marking — specified, installed, and marked to standard.
Mineral wool, calcium silicate, cellular glass, aerogel, and fiberglass systems specified to the temperature, service, and code requirements of each line.
Aluminum, stainless, and PVC jacketing that weatherproofs and protects the insulation system on outdoor, washdown, and high-traffic runs.
Reusable, custom-fit covers for valves, flanges, fittings, and equipment — easy to remove for maintenance and refit without cutting insulation.
Insulation and jacketing for tanks, vessels, and process equipment — controlling heat loss, managing condensation, and holding process temperatures across the facility.
High-temperature process insulation plus cold-service systems engineered to control condensation, prevent freeze-ups, and hold personnel-protection limits.
Standards-compliant pipe marking — legends, color banding, and flow-direction arrows that keep facilities safe, inspection-ready, and clearly identified.
Industrial and protective coatings applied in-house — a natural companion to insulation and jacketing that guards against corrosion and extends the life of the system.
Safe, code-compliant scaffold access built and dismantled by our own crews — keeping insulation, coating, and mechanical work at height on schedule and on standard.
Shutdown and turnaround support, insulation repair, and re-jacketing that keep existing systems performing between and during scheduled outages.
Insulation, coatings, and scaffolding go hand in hand — we handle them as one coordinated scope, and we’re always open to additional construction services. No job is too big or too small. Request a quote.
